I can remember as a child on vacations, that my Dad would always have a camera taking photos of everything we did. My Mom to this day has boxes and boxes of photographs of my sister and I in the ocean, on national landmark signs, and on amusement park rides. I still own the camera that he used and it still works to this day. It's a Nikon, but I won't hold that against him.
I have always had a passion for photography. Whether it be wildlife, portraits, or sporting events. I love taking photos of just about anything. I am always looking for new and exciting spots to photograph our Brides. With moving to Nashville in the past two years, it has given me even more incentive to learn new places to photograph. There are so many more options here than where we moved from.
It might have taken me a little longer in life to realize my passion than others. But in just a few short years, I have developed a style of my own for weddings and portraits. I consider myself a traditional photographer with a photojournalistic approach. Some times you have to take over and give people a push in the right direction.
I am married to the love of my life and she has been so supportive in everything I do. When I decided it was time to go at this full-time, she was all in. I don't think I could ever thank her enough for the support she has given me over the past 9 years. We have been married for the last 16 years and have 2 crazy dogs that make our lives complete, for now. Kaiser (Weimaraner) and Cody (Shih-Tzu) are our two nutty kids that run our house. I don't think you will find two dogs that have it as good as these two.
